Iranian cyclists start European 'Tour for Peace'

Tehran, August 20, IRNA – A group of five Iranian cyclists started on Thursday a 'Tour for Peace' around Europe which will take them to Istanbul, Turkey, on first phase.
Pedalling for peace, they will plant saplings after arriving in their European destinations which are also Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary, Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
The peace pedallers would return home through Greece and Turkey.
The 4,000-km tour for peace was organized by Iran's Cycling Federation and the
country's Olympic Committee.
